Refund Policy

This policy applies specifically to clients engaged in a per-inquiry (performance-based) billing agreement with JSL Group. For clients on flat-rate or retainer-based agreements, separate terms apply as outlined in your service contract.
 

JSL Group provides marketing consulting and advertising management services to law firms, including the creation and optimization of paid digital campaigns designed to generate inbound client inquiries. Due to the nature of digital advertising, all payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.
 

What Counts as a Billable Inquiry?
 

A lead is considered billable if:

  • It was submitted voluntarily through a marketing campaign managed by JSL Group

  • It includes at least one valid method of contact (e.g., email address or phone number)

  • It relates to a legal matter within the firm’s approved practice areas

We do not guarantee that every lead will result in a successful contact, consultation, or case. Follow-up and intake efforts are solely the responsibility of the law firm.
 

Dispute Policy

Clients may dispute up to 10% of billable inquiries per calendar month, provided that:

  • The dispute is submitted within 3 business days of inquiry delivery.

  • A clear reason for dispute is provided (e.g., disconnected number, spam submission, duplicate).

  • Supporting evidence is included (e.g., CRM screenshots, call logs).

If a dispute is approved, JSL Group may issue a credit toward future campaigns at our discretion. We do not offer cash refunds.
 

Final Notes

By using our services, you agree to this policy and the terms outlined in our Service Agreement.

All client inquiries are generated through advertising campaigns managed on behalf of your firm and are delivered directly to your firm’s intake channels (calls, forms, CRM).

JSL Group does not receive compensation based on case outcomes, client retention, or legal fees.
Our compensation is solely for advertising consulting and campaign management services.
